The tension between the Honda SK and the Gelâtâserray players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Gelâtâserray booed when Honda SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Latif Özbilir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Peter Blakewell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osman Demirci in the 26th minute of play. Bulut Türköne sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osman Demirci in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Peter Blakewell prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Osman Demirci managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honda SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Osman Demirci was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peter Blakewell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 32nd minute, Nusret Çakman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Honda SK's Osman Demirci in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 43rd minute, Osman Demirci ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Peter Blakewell was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bulut Türköne was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Başaran Bekata got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Osman Demirci blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Peter Blakewell having to make a save. If Başaran Bekata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Başaran Bekata in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peter Blakewell saved Gelâtâserray from getting behind. Honda SK's Daniel Dobrzechowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Honda SK from getting a goal against them. Daniel Dobrzechowski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fatih Aytuğ went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Honda SK getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Birdal Geylanlar hit a great ball. Sarper Kutlucan kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Fatih Aytuğ hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Peter Blakewell didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Osman Demirci went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Gelâtâserray's Peter Blakewell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osman Demirci in the 86th minute of play. Peter Blakewell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Başaran Bekata, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Peter Blakewell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Başaran Bekata in the 95th minute of play. There was no doubt that Honda SK were the better team. Honda SK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
