Rasim Duha charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rasim Duha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to YILDIRIM SK getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Rasim Duha hit a great ball. Ayberk Rasim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Erdinç Kuntman's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. Yahya Safir received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Göksun Uluşahin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pendik's Göksun Uluşahin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Pendik from getting a goal against them. 15 minutes into the match, Pendik's goal looked a bit too open when Yahya Safir came free, but Göksun Uluşahin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Erdinç Kuntman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ayberk Rasim having to interfere. Berkem Akıncıbeyoğlu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute, Berkem Akıncıbeyoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Berkem Akıncıbeyoğlu in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ayberk Rasim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, YILDIRIM SK's Mustafa Emrah Demirel got a free kick in the 28th minute. YILDIRIM SK's Ayberk Rasim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Berkem Akıncıbeyoğlu in the 35th minute of play. In the 35th match minute, YILDIRIM SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fedai Oktan to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, YILDIRIM SK's goal looked a bit too open when Berkem Akıncıbeyoğlu came free, but Ayberk Rasim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute, Erdinç Kuntman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, YILDIRIM SK's Şemsettin Eyüp got a free kick in the 45th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Yahya Safir to strike the kick off in the second half. Göksun Uluşahin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yahya Safir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ayberk Rasim made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Berkem Akıncıbeyoğlu sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 57 minutes, Berkem Akıncıbeyoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pendik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Berkem Akıncıbeyoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ayberk Rasim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Berkem Akıncıbeyoğlu in the 64th minute. Berkem Akıncıbeyoğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Ayberk Rasim made a huge save. In the 66th minute, Rasim Duha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute, Erdinç Kuntman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Erdinç Kuntman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ayberk Rasim having to make a save. If Erdinç Kuntman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 76 played minutes, Pendik's Kemalettin Acar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ayberk Rasim came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pendik reached it. Berkem Akıncıbeyoğlu was extremely unlucky when he, in the 85th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Güneri Cemşit during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd minute Yahya Safir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Göksun Uluşahin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Erdinç Kuntman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pendik were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
