An unexpectedly hard shot by Cihan Öner in the 10th minute of play forced Bwşiktaş's goalkeeper Soner Perkel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 11 minutes of play, Genç Kaplanlar's Ziya Türk made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Soner Perkel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ziya Türk took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Soner Perkel. Soner Perkel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Genç Kaplanlar's Ziya Türk slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Soner Perkel. That made the score 5-0 after 20 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ziya Türk in the 23rd minute of play forced Bwşiktaş's goalkeeper Soner Perkel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Emran Okman could shoot a difficult shot in the 24th minute, which Soner Perkel however easily saved by the left post. A collision led to Bwşiktaş getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Boğaç Topçay hit a great ball. Mecnun Ünsever kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Gökhan Onultan came free with the goalkeeper in the 29th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Soner Perkel could save by the left post. Soner Perkel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ziya Türk, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After 43 minutes, Fahrettin Gökkır mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bwşiktaş and the Genç Kaplanlar players grew even worse after the yellow card. Genç Kaplanlar's Selçuk Tekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arkın Erüstün in the 64th minute of play. In the 65th minute Ziya Türk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Soner Perkel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anıl Baytüze fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Soner Perkel having to interfere. One of Genç Kaplanlar:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bwşiktaş:s goal. 84 minutes into the match, Bwşiktaş's goal looked a bit too open when Gökhan Onultan came free, but Soner Perkel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
