In the 5th minute Gökhan Ahioğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tamer Civan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Pierre-Alexandre Haeselaers managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anedin Co's supporters rose to their feet, but Pierre-Alexandre Haeselaers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tamer Civan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ferhan Sirri struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Tamer Civan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Anedin Co. Hatemi Osman scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tamer Civan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Fenerbahçe's zone, Pierre-Alexandre Haeselaers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tamer Civan came out of the goal and Pierre-Alexandre Haeselaers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 20 minutes into the match, Fenerbahçe's goal looked a bit too open when Hatemi Osman came free, but Tamer Civan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fenerbahçe's Tamer Civan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferhan Sirri in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, Anedin Co's Hatemi Osman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tamer Civan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 35th minute Gökhan Ahioğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tamer Civan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferhan Sirri might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tamer Civan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ferhan Sirri ran back to his position shaking his head. Orbay Akar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Janar Põhjala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 40 played minutes Anedin Co got a freekick which was hit by Tahir Zaik. In the 43rd minute, Refik Halit Nurbay had to leave the field with a concussion. 43 minutes into the game, Hatemi Osman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Anedin Co's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fenerbahçe the free kick.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Doğuhan Canıtez to make the kick off. Gürbüz Kutan kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. A collision led to Fenerbahçe getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Halil İbrahim Özdener hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute, Tahir Zaik made a precise shot to the right of Tamer Civan. Fenerbahçe's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ferhan Sirri during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Anedin Co's Ferhan Sirri got a free kick in the 65th minute. 68 minutes into the game, Ferhan Sirri recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tamer Civan. Ferhan Sirri showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. After 71 played minutes Anedin Co got a freekick which was hit by Tahir Zaik. 73 minutes into the match, Fenerbahçe's goalkeeper Tamer Civan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pierre-Alexandre Haeselaers. Adem Beysun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Orbay Akar kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. When Halil İbrahim Özdener fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fenerbahçe's protests and gave Halil İbrahim Özdener a yellow card for diving instead. Halil İbrahim Özdener hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. It was beautiful to see Anedin Co's Tunç Ilgıt in action when he in the 80th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Serhan Bilkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute, Bayezit Yiğitcan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th match minute, Fenerbahçe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Doğuhan Canıtez to maneuver through the defense. If Ferhan Sirri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Anedin Co could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Fenerbahçe throughout the match.
