Songurbey Camcıoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emirhan Energin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute Emirhan Energin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Songurbey Camcıoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Songurbey Camcıoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Burak Zübeyir, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After the first half Nevsehir were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Songurbey Camcıoğlu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aycan Başay showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 55 minute of play. Songurbey Camcıoğlu was a little too slow when Emirhan Energin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 0-4. Anıl Zevahir's late challenge caught a Gölköy Fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anıl Zevahir helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Nevsehir's Anıl Zevahir got a free kick in the 65th minute. When Kamber Ilıca came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Gölköy Fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kamber Ilıca couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anıl Zevahir in the 69th minute of play forced Gölköy Fc's goalkeeper Songurbey Camcıoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Gölköy Fc's goalkeeper Songurbey Camcıoğlu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Burak Zübeyir. Burak Zübeyir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Songurbey Camcıoğlu made a huge save. Gölköy Fc were furious when Çetin Adılhan was red carded, 75 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 74 minutes into the game, one of Gölköy Fc:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 76th minute, Nevsehir got a penalty, and Aycan Başay placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. After 79 played minutes Gölköy Fc got a freekick which was hit by Franciszek Imbor. 85 minutes into the match, Gölköy Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Burak Zübeyir came free, but Songurbey Camcıoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, Hadi Ergüleç was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gölköy Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nevsehir the free kick. In the 85th minute, Hadi Ergüleç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
