Saadettin Vahapoğlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hamdullah Buğra's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. After 10 played minutes Aliaga got a freekick which was hit by Volkan Kayıboylu. After having played for 11 minutes, Ferit Besim managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cavdarhisar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferit Besim was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 14th minute, Ferit Besim made a precise shot to the right of Steffen Holten. Aliaga's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After a rather tough play, Aliaga's Acun Çelebi got a free kick in the 21st minute. 22 minutes into the game, Cavdarhisar's Ferit Besim nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Steffen Holten made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 24th minute, Kerim Tülek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Steffen Holten made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferit Besim in the 26th minute of play. After 30 played minutes Aliaga got a freekick which was hit by Kubat Ekiner. Steffen Holten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mithat Tuğkun, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 32 minutes had been played when some careless play by Aliaga's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ferit Besim was slow to take the kick. During this time Cavdarhisar's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Ferit Besim almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Aliaga's Steffen Holten did a great save. When Hamdullah Buğra came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Aliaga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hamdullah Buğra couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mithat Tuğkun in the 37th minute of play forced Aliaga's goalkeeper Steffen Holten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Mithat Tuğkun sped through Aliaga's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Steffen Holten. 47 minutes into the game, Eddy Lemarchand was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aliaga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cavdarhisar the free kick. Eddy Lemarchand kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hamdullah Buğra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kubat Ekiner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saadettin Vahapoğlu having to interfere. When Eddy Lemarchand was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 55 minutes had been played. In the 55th match minute, Aliaga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eddy Lemarchand to maneuver through the defense. Aliaga's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Mürsel Özgur 56 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. After having played for 59 minutes, Kubat Ekiner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aliaga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kubat Ekiner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Steffen Holten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mürsel Özgur in the 64th minute of the match. Kerim Tülek hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Aliaga's Steffen Holten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mürsel Özgur in the 67th minute of play. Steffen Holten didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 68th minute, which inside left pole to 0-5. Özal Candeğer hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Kubat Ekiner blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Saadettin Vahapoğlu having to make a save. Saadettin Vahapoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kubat Ekiner in the 73rd minute of play. After having played for 75 minutes, Kubat Ekiner managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aliaga's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kubat Ekiner was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Aliaga getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Acun Çelebi hit a great ball. Cavdarhisar's Mithat Tuğkun got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mürsel Özgur in the 83rd minute of play forced Aliaga's goalkeeper Steffen Holten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ferit Besim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Halit Aydıntan hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Kubat Ekiner's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Saadettin Vahapoğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. The Aliaga supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cavdarhisar's performance. The match ended with a win for Cavdarhisar.
