Aycan Zaid came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Cavdarhisar's Mithat Tuğkun. Aycan Zaid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferit Besim in the 29th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mürsel Özgur in the 30th minute of play forced Barış SK's goalkeeper Aycan Zaid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, Veysel Türehan fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Saadettin Vahapoğlu, passed just outside the right post. Aycan Zaid made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mürsel Özgur in the 33rd minute of play. The supporters of Barış SK booed when Cavdarhisar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Demircan Murtaza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Başaran Geçim might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Saadettin Vahapoğlu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aycan Zaid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferit Besim, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Veysel Türehan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Saadettin Vahapoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mürsel Özgur in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aycan Zaid saved Barış SK from getting behind. In the 47th minute Veysel Türehan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saadettin Vahapoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
