Özden Ersavaş was slow to take the kick. During this time Sivasspor's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Doruk Şahinalp managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 39 minutes into the game, Ahmet Haşim İmam was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sivasspor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Emirdag JK the free kick. Ahmet Haşim İmam kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 41st match minute, Emirdag JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mevlüt Erdoğdu to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Mevlüt Erdoğdu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Emirdag JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Mevlüt Erdoğdu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Birol Parsbay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

56 minutes into the match, Sivasspor's Bilal Yordam sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Orbay Cevher narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mevlüt Erdoğdu in the 59th minute of play forced Sivasspor's goalkeeper Birol Parsbay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aktaç Dahi in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Orbay Cevher prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Emirdag JK's zone, Aktaç Dahi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Orbay Cevher came out of the goal and Aktaç Dahi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ahmet Haşim İmam got his second yellow card in the match during the 71st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Sivasspor getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Ahmet Haşim İmam hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Ali Macit Doğanlar took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Birol Parsbay to make any attempt to save it. Mevlüt Erdoğdu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aktaç Dahi in the 85th minute of play forced Emirdag JK's goalkeeper Orbay Cevher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 91 played minutes Emirdag JK got a freekick which was hit by Olcay Dural. Sivasspor's Özden Ersavaş couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Emirdag JK. The Sivasspor supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Emirdag JK's performance. The match ended with a win for Emirdag JK.
