The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Menderes Tuğaltan to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 74th minute, Güven Şensal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raik Tamer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bektaş Veli Okaner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Seyfullah Akçiçek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Menderes Tuğaltan in the 79th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Menderes Tuğaltan got free with Seyfullah Akçiçek in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Akköy JK's Faruk Nafiz Uğuş got a free kick in the 87th minute. Garip Yura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Israel Ortle in the 88th minute of play. GALATASARAY's Seyfullah Akçiçek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bektaş Veli Okaner in the 90th minute of play. Garip Yura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raik Tamer, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute.
