Fırtınagücü's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Akköy the free kick. In the 18th minute, Fırtınagücü's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bayındır Mehmet Erdem fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Bahtiyar Taymaz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kılıçhan Yesar in the 21st minute of the match. Caleb Higson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Fırtınagücü getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Vecdet Özdilek hit a great ball. Fırtınagücü's Tolgahan Siddik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Caleb Higson in the 29th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abdulbaki Koca in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tolgahan Siddik prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 32 minutes into the match, Akköy's goal looked a bit too open when Doğan Perkin came free, but Bahtiyar Taymaz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute, Rüstem Akbel made a precise shot to the right of Bahtiyar Taymaz. Akköy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After having played for 38 minutes, Doğan Perkin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fırtınagücü's supporters crossed their fingers, but Doğan Perkin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bahtiyar Taymaz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rüstem Akbel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 41 minutes, Abdulbaki Koca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Akköy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdulbaki Koca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 42nd minute Vecdet Özdilek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bahtiyar Taymaz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the game, Fırtınagücü's Vecdet Özdilek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Akköy's Iustin Macavei managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ahmet Nasir Nesim in the 78 minute of the game. Ahmet Davut Ulum kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Tolgahan Siddik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ayberk Pehlivan's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Fırtınagücü's zone, Caleb Higson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tolgahan Siddik came out of the goal and Caleb Higson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ayberk Pehlivan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute Abdulbaki Koca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tolgahan Siddik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Ahmet Davut Ulum in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Akköy's Ayberk Pehlivan. With a little luck, Akköy's Bahtiyar Taymaz got control of the ball when Rüstem Akbel tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fırtınagücü's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
