Spectators: 7569 (Terracing: 5678, Seating: 1740, VIP seats: 151) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nurkan Elmastaş kicked off to start the match. When Birdal Tokdemir fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Selendi SK's protests and gave Birdal Tokdemir a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th match minute, Selendi SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Birdal Tokdemir to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Alkın Vedat managed to avoid a goal in the 7thth minute, when F.c. Galatasaray's Nurkan Elmastaş fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 10th minute, F.c. Galatasaray's Batı Salman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Nurkan Elmastaş had several of the Selendi SK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 23 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Alkın Vedat as he didn't even see the shot coming. Alkın Vedat made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Güney Hürkan sent off a good shot on target. In the 31st match minute, Selendi SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ataman Uçbeyi to maneuver through the defense. In the 38th minute, F.c. Galatasaray's Nurkan Elmastaş ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alkın Vedat. Alkın Vedat yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. In the 41st minute, Alptuğ Bostancı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Selendi SK's Alkın Vedat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nurkan Elmastaş in the 43rd minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 46th minute by Nurkan Elmastaş got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Batı Salman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Alkın Vedat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Affan Uçar to strike the kick off in the second half. Alkın Vedat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Batı Salman in the 54th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nurkan Elmastaş in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alkın Vedat saved Selendi SK from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nurkan Elmastaş in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alkın Vedat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 68 minutes into the match, Batı Salman notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Selendi SK's Alkın Vedat. Alkın Vedat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Affan Uçar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hílton Gaúcho. That made the score 6-1 in the 77 minute of play. Selendi SK's Alkın Vedat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Varol Çelikkan in the 81st minute of play. After 94 minutes, Nurkan Elmastaş made it 8-1 with a short kick to the right side. Selendi SK's Alkın Vedat tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.
