Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Müfit Yılhan started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Zara's Namık Kemal Yüce proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Zara from getting a goal against them. Hasan Birtan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duman Baysal in the 7th minute of play. Hasan Birtan came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Zara's Bedir Tatu. But to his dismay, Bedir Tatu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Bedir Tatu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Duman Baysal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 14th match minute, Kirikkale was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ömür Nizami to maneuver through the defense. After 17th play minutes Bedir Tatu shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Hasan Birtan and just under the crossbar into goal. Hasan Birtan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duman Baysal in the 21st minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Müfit Yılhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Namık Kemal Yüce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Zara defense, Turgay Yücesan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Namık Kemal Yüce. The Zara fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Namık Kemal Yüce should have stopped the shot. Turgay Yücesan struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Namık Kemal Yüce didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kirikkale. In the 32nd minute, Bedir Tatu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Kirikkale's Şahap Ilıca got a free kick in the 39th minute. A collision led to Zara getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Bedir Tatu hit a great ball. Hasan Birtan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bedir Tatu in the 42nd minute of the match. After 48 played minutes, Kirikkale's Ömür Nizami shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Namık Kemal Yüce came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kirikkale reached it. After the first half Zara were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The supporters of Zara booed when Kirikkale was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şahap Ilıca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Duman Baysal could shoot a difficult shot in the 53rd minute, which Hasan Birtan however easily saved by the left post. In the 56th minute, Duman Baysal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anıl Ozan Yıldırımtürk hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Kirikkale's Hasan Birtan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Kirikkale from getting a goal against them. Turgay Yücesan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Namık Kemal Yüce tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68th minute Müfit Yılhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Namık Kemal Yüce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Turgay Yücesan hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. When Zara's Bedir Tatu in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kirikkale's goalie prevented a goal. Bedir Tatu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hasan Birtan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Kirikkale's zone, Bedir Tatu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hasan Birtan came out of the goal and Bedir Tatu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zara's Cenap Yesari shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 78th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Hasan Birtan but with some difficulty. The supporters of Zara booed when Kirikkale was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Çağdaş Osmanlıoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bedir Tatu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bedir Tatu struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Hasan Birtan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zara. Zara's Duman Baysal got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Kirikkale fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Zara were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
