After 14 played minutes 1071MALAZGİRT got a freekick which was hit by Metin Akduman. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Geronimo Giraldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. GALATASARAY SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Geronimo Giraldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bulut Alpaslan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Metin Akduman charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Metin Akduman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to 1071MALAZGİRT getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Metin Akduman hit a great ball. Bulut Alpaslan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gürsel Yalaz in the 19th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Ceyhun Reyyan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half GALATASARAY SK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mehmet Bedri Davarcı was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, 1071MALAZGİRT's Bulut Alpaslan got control of the ball when Bayındır Mehmet Taştan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kayhan Yağınalp's late challenge caught a 1071MALAZGİRT's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kayhan Yağınalp helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd match minute, GALATASARAY SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kayhan Yağınalp to maneuver through the defense. In the 58thth minute of the game Bayındır Mehmet Taştan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 1071MALAZGİRT's Bulut Alpaslan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bayındır Mehmet Taştan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the match, 1071MALAZGİRT's goalkeeper Bulut Alpaslan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bayındır Mehmet Taştan. Bayındır Mehmet Taştan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Bulut Alpaslan skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Gürsel Yalaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bulut Alpaslan having to interfere. Mehmet Bedri Davarcı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Bektaş Veli Akboy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bilge Bakırhan hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The GALATASARAY SK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
