Spectators: 7445 (Terracing: 5555, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 151) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lucas Moura took the kick off in the first half of the match. Marek Raschke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alaaddin Akyel in the 5th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alaaddin Akyel in the 14th minute of play forced Gürsu JK's goalkeeper Marek Raschke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marek Raschke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İsa Ongay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Birsel Karakan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Birsel Karakan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Çağdaş Özgun made a huge save. 27 minutes into the game, Gürsu JK's Batıhan Yaltır nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Çağdaş Özgun made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Batıhan Yaltır's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Çağdaş Özgun firmly grabbed it by the left post. Çağdaş Özgun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Ozan Perinçek, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Ahmet Ozan Perinçek charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ahmet Ozan Perinçek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Gürsu JK getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Ahmet Ozan Perinçek hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Birsel Karakan got free with Çağdaş Özgun in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Çağdaş Özgun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Birsel Karakan in the 40th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and İsa Ongay made a kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Birsel Karakan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Çağdaş Özgun. Yesilyurt's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Birsel Karakan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Alaaddin Akyel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marek Raschke having to make a save. Çağdaş Özgun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Ozan Perinçek in the 64th minute of the match. After 65 played minutes Gürsu JK got a freekick which was hit by Birsel Karakan. With his leg Marek Raschke managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Yesilyurt's İsa Ongay fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Çağdaş Özgun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Ozan Perinçek, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 70th minute, Lucas Moura ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Çağdaş Özgun was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. The supporters of Yesilyurt booed when Gürsu JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Batıhan Yaltır didn't get a good kick on the ball. Çağdaş Özgun came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Gürsu JK's Ahmet Ozan Perinçek. But to his dismay, Ahmet Ozan Perinçek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Birsel Karakan hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. In the 87th match minute, Gürsu JK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Batıhan Yaltır to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute, Batıhan Yaltır left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gürsu JK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Çağdaş Özgun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Moura in the 94th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Gürsu JK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Yesilyurt had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
