Melik Hüdayioğlu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rıfat Sancar went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Melik Hüdayioğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Veli Okkan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sercan Sarim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emran Beysun, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Dentister United's Sercan Sarim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emran Beysun in the 35th minute of play. Melik Hüdayioğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Veli Okkan in the 37th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Rıfat Sancar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melik Hüdayioğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rıfat Sancar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Özdemir Soysaldı's late challenge caught a Dentister United's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Özdemir Soysaldı helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Dentister United booed when Erzurumspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Özdemir Soysaldı didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The wind increased when Abdulkerim Sehhar made the kick off in the second half. Boğaçhan Ocakoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Aşkın Cevizci received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sercan Sarim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Emran Beysun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Sercan Sarim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rdth minute of the game Abdulkerim Sehhar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dentister United's Sercan Sarim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 86th minute, Emran Beysun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Erzurumspor fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. After 88 played minutes Erzurumspor got a freekick which was hit by Tibet Kerem.
