Godfredo Fernandes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kadir Taşcıoğlu in the 13th minute. When Reha Akyel fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Liyakatspor's protests and gave Reha Akyel a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Liyakatspor getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Reha Akyel hit a great ball. Gazi Yetik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Godfredo Fernandes having to interfere. Liyakatspor's Godfredo Fernandes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bayram Başeskioğlu in the 32nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Demircan Mertoğul's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nathan Allen was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. 41 minutes into the match, Liyakatspor's goalkeeper Godfredo Fernandes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kadir Taşcıoğlu. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Demircan Mertoğul was the one to do the kick off. Godfredo Fernandes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bayram Başeskioğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute, Utku Yastıkcığlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Liyakatspor's Mehmet Arif Canalp got a free kick in the 57th minute. Galip Tanju kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match.
