Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Tibet Ülgener made the kick off and thus started the match. After 2 played minutes Ankara got a freekick which was hit by Engin Masum. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Çağdaş Kurtaran managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palu's supporters rose to their feet, but Çağdaş Kurtaran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andaç Zeren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 5th minute, Anıl Ege Nazif hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hüsamettin Suheyl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Andaç Zeren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andaç Zeren came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Palu's Yavuzalp Tublek. But to his dismay, Yavuzalp Tublek quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Tibet Ülgener managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ankara's supporters rose to their feet, but Tibet Ülgener was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Güvenç Geçer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 21st minute Taner Hürsel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andaç Zeren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andaç Zeren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hüsamettin Suheyl in the 29th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Akif Ege notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Ankara's Andaç Zeren. Andaç Zeren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Özkan Vecdi took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andaç Zeren. Andaç Zeren dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Ankara's Andaç Zeren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yavuzalp Tublek in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taner Hürsel in the 43rd minute of play forced Ankara's goalkeeper Andaç Zeren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 46 played minutes Ankara got a freekick which was hit by Songurbey Tezal. The Ankara players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Palu were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yavuzalp Tublek to make the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Ali Faruk Resul managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ankara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Faruk Resul was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Demirhan Nazım fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ankara's protests and gave Demirhan Nazım a yellow card for diving instead. Demirhan Nazım kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After 65 played minutes Ankara got a freekick which was hit by Songurbey Tezal. 66 minutes into the match, Palu's Çağdaş Kurtaran broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Erdi Akkın lost his temper 68 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 69th match minute, Ankara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erdi Akkın to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Ankara booed when Palu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Özgün Ongun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abdulkadir Apaydın took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Güvenç Geçer. Palu's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Andaç Zeren made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Yavuzalp Tublek sent off a good shot on target. Andaç Zeren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Taner Hürsel, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. The supporters of Palu booed when Ankara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Faruk Resul didn't get a good kick on the ball. Taner Hürsel came free with the goalkeeper in the 80th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Andaç Zeren could save by the left post. After 83 played minutes Palu got a freekick which was hit by Tunç Selmi. With an all-out effort, Palu's Andaç Zeren threw himself towards the right post 90 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Birkan Atatuğ, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Ali Faruk Resul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Emirhan Muzaffer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Güvenç Geçer having to interfere. In the 98th minute Ali Faruk Resul shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Güvenç Geçer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Palu's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
