In the 7th minute Sebati Buğdaycı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Burhan Özerkin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Gündüz Erbay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Mustafa Kemal Yağmurdereli kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Osman Togan. That made the score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. In the 14th match minute, BJKSK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidro Kauldi to maneuver through the defense. Burhan Özerkin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Umut İlsak in the 17th minute of play. In the 24th minute, İlmi Cumhur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. ELMATEPE FC's Umut İlsak got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 30th minute, BJKSK's Isidro Kauldi seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Isidro Kauldi the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of BJKSK protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Isidro Kauldi had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 29 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for BJKSK! BJKSK's Burhan Özerkin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebati Buğdaycı in the 33rd minute of play. Burhan Özerkin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebati Buğdaycı in the 35th minute of play. After 36 minutes, Umut İlsak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ELMATEPE FC and the BJKSK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of BJKSK booed when ELMATEPE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Umut İlsak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Burhan Özerkin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sebati Buğdaycı went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 41st minute, Mustafa Kemal Yağmurdereli made a precise shot to the right of Osman Togan. ELMATEPE FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. The audience was convinced that Sebati Buğdaycı's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Burhan Özerkin was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 2-2 after a close first half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sebati Buğdaycı made a kick off. Burhan Özerkin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebati Buğdaycı in the 52nd minute of play. İlmi Cumhur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Burhan Özerkin made a huge save. Umut İlsak's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Burhan Özerkin firmly grabbed it by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Sebati Buğdaycı kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Burhan Özerkin. That made the score 2-3 in the 58 minute of play. If Sebati Buğdaycı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Burhan Özerkin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aktaç Eroğul in the 62nd minute of the match. Umut İlsak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Burhan Özerkin having to interfere. Kıvanç Bardakçı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Burhan Özerkin having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded ELMATEPE FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than BJKSK.
