Burhan Özerkin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İnanç Sebati in the 15th minute of play. Burhan Özerkin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İnanç Sebati, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 20 minutes into the game, BOLLUCA SK's Alim Rıfkı nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. After having played for 36 minutes, Nilton Queiroz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BOLLUCA SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nilton Queiroz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 37th minute, İnanç Sebati got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. BOLLUCA SK's Nilton Queiroz got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in BJKSK's zone, Nilton Queiroz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Burhan Özerkin came out of the goal and Nilton Queiroz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vinicio Evangelista stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Gündüz Erbay's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Nilton Queiroz struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Burhan Özerkin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BOLLUCA SK. If İnanç Sebati had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hakan Tükelay hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. A very good chance for a goal. 75 minutes into the match, BJKSK's goal looked a bit too open when İnanç Sebati came free, but Burhan Özerkin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
