Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Afşin Aytuğ got the match started through his kick off. In the 8thth minute of the game Baybora Oymen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yeşilova SK's Yıldırım Özbilge was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Yeşilova SK's Mustafa Necati Hallaç came free and shot a quick shot against goal 15 minutes in the game, fortunately Çelebi Çubukcu had problems saving as it came toward the left post. 18 minutes into the match, Yeşilova SK's goal looked a bit too open when Afşin Aytuğ came free, but Yıldırım Özbilge reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Afşin Aytuğ received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Yıldırım Özbilge tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Catalpinar's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Batuhan Songurhan scored to the left of an out of position Çelebi Çubukcu, making the score, 1-0. Yıldırım Özbilge didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yusuf Gözlem went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. When Batuhan Songurhan came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Yeşilova SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Batuhan Songurhan couldn't finish the play. Baybora Oymen might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Yıldırım Özbilge. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baybora Oymen ran back to his position shaking his head. Yıldırım Özbilge showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afşin Aytuğ, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After 42 played minutes Yeşilova SK got a freekick which was hit by Fikret Erem. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baybora Oymen in the 46th minute of play forced Yeşilova SK's goalkeeper Yıldırım Özbilge to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Batuhan Songurhan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Catalpinar's zone, Mustafa Necati Hallaç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Çelebi Çubukcu came out of the goal and Mustafa Necati Hallaç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Baybora Oymen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Afşin Aytuğ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yıldırım Özbilge having to interfere. Batuhan Songurhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Çelebi Çubukcu having to interfere. Afşin Aytuğ's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yıldırım Özbilge read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Catalpinar's Afşin Aytuğ got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Baybora Oymen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baybora Oymen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mustafa Necati Hallaç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Güralp Özgunay hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Batuhan Songurhan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yeşilova SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Batuhan Songurhan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Çelebi Çubukcu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
