Zeki Atlıoğlu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Şerafettin Nesip showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. When Emir Ersan came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Sarıcaalispor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emir Ersan couldn't finish the play. Sarıcaalispor's Zeki Atlıoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lütfullah Eslem in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th minute, Enez's Lütfullah Eslem ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Zeki Atlıoğlu. Zeki Atlıoğlu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Through an outstanding action, after 15 minutes, Zeki Atlıoğlu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 19 minutes into the match, Sarıcaalispor's Emir Ersan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet Ömür Sakman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sarıcaalispor's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Necip Fazıl Ersavaş in the 23rd minute. Sarıcaalispor's Necip Fazıl Ersavaş was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ahmet Ömür Sakman in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Zeki Atlıoğlu was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Şerafettin Nesip capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Şerafettin Nesip really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. A collision led to Sarıcaalispor getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Eray Alptekin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Zeki Atlıoğlu came out and tried to block the shot, but Eray Alptekin slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 45th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

In the 55th minute, Lütfullah Eslem ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zeki Atlıoğlu was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Zeki Atlıoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eray Alptekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Necip Fazıl Ersavaş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 64 minutes into the match, Sarıcaalispor's goal looked a bit too open when Lütfullah Eslem came free, but Zeki Atlıoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gökmen Üstün's late challenge caught a Sarıcaalispor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gökmen Üstün helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th minute of the game, Sarıcaalispor got a penalty. After 79 played minutes Enez got a freekick which was hit by Lütfullah Eslem. Sarıcaalispor's Zeki Atlıoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lütfullah Eslem in the 81st minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Necip Fazıl Ersavaş had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ahmet Ömür Sakman. Enez's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Necip Fazıl Ersavaş was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-2. Zeki Atlıoğlu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eray Alptekin went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-2 was the resulting score. In the 91st match minute, Sarıcaalispor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Kürşat Tayfur to maneuver through the defense. There was no doubt that Enez were the better team. Enez's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
