Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ogün Özmert in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yakup Kadri Esendağ prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 9 played minutes GDS SPOR got a freekick which was hit by Korcan Canpolat. 13 minutes into the match, Akyaka's goal looked a bit too open when Yücel İçöz came free, but İsmail Orhun Sabuncuoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sacit Genç took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised İsmail Orhun Sabuncuoğlu. İsmail Orhun Sabuncuoğlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ali Güralp Şensoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ogün Özmert scored 1-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yakup Kadri Esendağ, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Saffet İnanç hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. İsmail Orhun Sabuncuoğlu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sacit Genç went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 46th match minute, GDS SPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Korcan Canpolat to maneuver through the defense. Ali Güralp Şensoy kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ogün Özmert stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ogün Özmert in the 65th minute of play forced GDS SPOR's goalkeeper Yakup Kadri Esendağ to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yakup Kadri Esendağ came out of the goal and Ali Güralp Şensoy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Yakup Kadri Esendağ showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ogün Özmert, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. When Korcan Canpolat fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GDS SPOR's protests and gave Korcan Canpolat a yellow card for diving instead. Akyaka's Ogün Özmert got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Yakup Kadri Esendağ stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ogün Özmert's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. Ali Güralp Şensoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yakup Kadri Esendağ having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Aybars Ege managed to get in a good position for a shot. Akyaka's supporters rose to their feet, but Aybars Ege was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yakup Kadri Esendağ breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 89 minutes, Saffet İnanç mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Akyaka and the GDS SPOR players grew even worse after the yellow card. Saffet İnanç hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. When Tugay Enbiya came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the GDS SPOR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tugay Enbiya couldn't finish the play. Akyaka's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Yücel İçöz scored to the left of an out of position İsmail Orhun Sabuncuoğlu, making the score, 2-5. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. GDS SPOR walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
