Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Yusuf Ziya Biçim made the kick off which started today's match. After 7 played minutes Sögütözü got a freekick which was hit by Efekan Ulubay. When Hayrettin Resul came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Sögütözü fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hayrettin Resul couldn't finish the play. Gündüz Sanak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İsmail Orhun Sabuncuoğlu having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Akyaka's Aybars Ege got a free kick in the 16th minute. Sögütözü's Balamir Pirane proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Sögütözü from getting a goal against them. When Ali Güralp Şensoy fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Akyaka's protests and gave Ali Güralp Şensoy a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Akyaka getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Aybars Ege hit a great ball. Yusuf Ziya Biçim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without İsmail Orhun Sabuncuoğlu having to interfere. In the 37th minute, Ali Güralp Şensoy reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Balamir Pirane. The goal made the score 1-0. Balamir Pirane made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ogün Özmert in the 41st minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ogün Özmert stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Sögütözü's Gündüz Sanak got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Balamir Pirane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Güralp Şensoy in the 62nd minute of the match. After 62 minutes, Gündüz Sanak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sögütözü and the Akyaka players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 63rd minute, Gündüz Sanak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sögütözü's Balamir Pirane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ogün Özmert in the 65th minute of play. Sögütözü's Hayrettin Resul managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Engin Altunç in the 68 minute of the game. Ali Güralp Şensoy's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Balamir Pirane read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Sögütözü's Balamir Pirane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ogün Özmert in the 72nd minute of play. Hayrettin Resul struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. İsmail Orhun Sabuncuoğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sögütözü. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ogün Özmert in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Balamir Pirane prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 80th minute of the game Ali Güralp Şensoy made a throw-in which Aybars Ege played forward. Ogün Özmert hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ogün Özmert in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Balamir Pirane prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ali Güralp Şensoy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 96th match minute, Sögütözü was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gündüz Sanak to maneuver through the defense. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Akyaka were victorious despite being under pressure from Sögütözü for much of the match.
