Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) GDS SPOR's Sacit Genç started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to GDS SPOR getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Tugay Enbiya hit a great ball. When Mansur Tanacan came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Cankatylcn fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mansur Tanacan couldn't finish the play. Yücel İçöz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11th match minute, Cankatylcn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Özer Ezelhan to maneuver through the defense. Yücel İçöz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saruhan Işılay having to interfere. Sacit Genç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th minute, Özer Ezelhan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 23 played minutes Cankatylcn got a freekick which was hit by Mansur Tanacan. Saruhan Işılay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sacit Genç's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. In the 31st minute Sacit Genç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saruhan Işılay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruhi Tokgöz's late challenge caught a GDS SPOR's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ruhi Tokgöz helped the player get up and apologised. A hard shot 36 in the game by Mansur Tanacan from a close distance when the talented Yakup Kadri Esendağ managed to make a qualified save. GDS SPOR's players were relieved. Mansur Tanacan had several of the GDS SPOR's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 37 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Yakup Kadri Esendağ as he didn't even see the shot coming. Yakup Kadri Esendağ showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mansur Tanacan, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 46 minutes into the match, Sacit Genç had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Saruhan Işılay. Cankatylcn's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sacit Genç was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mansur Tanacan to make the kick off. In the 61st minute Sacit Genç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saruhan Işılay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Nasir Ankara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yakup Kadri Esendağ having to interfere. Saruhan Işılay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yücel İçöz in the 72nd minute of play. If Mansur Tanacan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, GDS SPOR's Korcan Canpolat got a free kick in the 80th minute. Mansur Tanacan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86th minute of the game Cavit Bucuklu made a throw-in which Yücel İçöz played forward. Yakup Kadri Esendağ made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mansur Tanacan in the 90th minute of play. In the 94th minute, Sacit Genç left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GDS SPOR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. When the match was over GDS SPOR could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Cankatylcn throughout the match.
