Atak Tunçöven fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aşkın Ulukan having to interfere. Kılıçhan Hisarcık who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Naim Tayguner when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The supporters of Real Dünya booed when Fc Egde was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ahmet Baki İspinoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fc Egde's Aşkın Ulukan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Seyfettin Temren in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Atak Tunçöven to make the kick off. Seyfettin Temren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Aşkın Ulukan made a huge save. When Atak Tunçöven in the 52nd play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Aşkın Ulukan kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-1 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Oğuz Budak in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Naim Tayguner prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
