Yetkin Altın could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Aşkın Ulukan made a huge save. When Kılıçhan Hisarcık fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fc Egde's protests and gave Kılıçhan Hisarcık a yellow card for diving instead. In the 24th match minute, Fc Egde was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kılıçhan Hisarcık to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yetkin Altın got free with Aşkın Ulukan in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vacid Öztan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yunus Özsan struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Macit İstemihan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fc Egde. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Yunus Özsan made a kick off. Vacid Öztan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aşkın Ulukan having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Yunus Özsan put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Macit İstemihan. Yunus Özsan did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Macit İstemihan 57 minutes into the match. When Göktas FK's Necati Pala in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fc Egde's goalie prevented a goal. Aşkın Ulukan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yetkin Altın, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Yunus Özsan took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Macit İstemihan to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Göktas FK getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Burhan Zekeriya hit a great ball. In the 78th minute, Kılıçhan Hisarcık left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fc Egde fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. After 92 minutes of play Göktas FK's Burhan Zekeriya was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Göktas FK getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Burhan Zekeriya hit a great ball. If Yunus Özsan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Fc Egde eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
