After a rather tough play, Salihli JK's Semavi Kavaş got a free kick in the 37th minute. Semavi Kavaş received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Ahmet Nasir Babacan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Kutlay Ongen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Melih Cevdet Akıncıbeyoğlu was the one to do the kick off. Ramiz Ozanalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Battal Gazi Alpsoy in the 52nd minute of play. Ramiz Ozanalp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melih Cevdet Akıncıbeyoğlu in the 55th minute of the match. In the 57th minute Semavi Kavaş shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Nasir Babacan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 76 minutes, Semavi Kavaş managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salihli JK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Semavi Kavaş was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ahmet Nasir Babacan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kutlay Ongen in the 78th minute. Battal Gazi Alpsoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Ramiz Ozanalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Melih Cevdet Akıncıbeyoğlu in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ramiz Ozanalp saved Salihli JK from getting behind. 91 minutes into the game, Cicekdagi FK's Battal Gazi Alpsoy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ramiz Ozanalp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. If Kutlay Ongen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yağız Neşat charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yağız Neşat the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cicekdagi FK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 96th minute. Penalty! Ahmet Nasir Babacan had in the 98thth minute some difficulties stopping Eray Buminhan's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Cicekdagi FK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
