Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ali Faruk Sözen started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Cihangir's Doğuş İlbeyi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Faruk Sözen in the 3rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Cihangir's zone, Ali Faruk Sözen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Doğuş İlbeyi came out of the goal and Ali Faruk Sözen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Göktürk Kuthan charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Göktürk Kuthan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 7th match minute, HAYAL SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Göktürk Kuthan to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abdi Asalet got free with Kartal Payidar in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 17 minutes into the match, HAYAL SK's goal looked a bit too open when Tolga Hazret came free, but Kartal Payidar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Cihangir's Tolga Hazret in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye HAYAL SK's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Cihangir's Dursun Ali Akbuğ got a free kick in the 20th minute. Cihangir's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tolga Hazret was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 46 minutes into the match, Cihangir's goal looked a bit too open when Ömer Rıza Uçkun came free, but Doğuş İlbeyi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 48th minute HAYAL SK were awarded a corner. Serdar Acun went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Rahim Mazlum got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Doğuş İlbeyi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After the first half HAYAL SK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tolga Hazret to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, HAYAL SK's Berk İşçen sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Doğuş İlbeyi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ali Faruk Sözen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Doğuş İlbeyi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 56 minutes, Berk İşçen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HAYAL SK and the Cihangir players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 56 played minutes HAYAL SK got a freekick which was hit by Berk İşçen. In the 57th minute, Serkan Hekim sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and HAYAL SK's Kartal Payidar didn't even have to move. HAYAL SK's Kartal Payidar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdi Asalet in the 63rd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Günalp Adem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. During the 67th minute of the match Günalp Adem completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Günalp Adem a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 68th match minute, Cihangir was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Günalp Adem to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdi Asalet in the 73rd minute of play forced HAYAL SK's goalkeeper Kartal Payidar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Berkant Baştuğ sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Doğuş İlbeyi made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Ali Faruk Sözen sent off a good shot on target. After 78 played minutes Cihangir got a freekick which was hit by Galip Eyüp. After having played for 84 minutes, Ali Faruk Sözen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. HAYAL SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ali Faruk Sözen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Berkant Baştuğ sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 94 minutes Cihangir's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Serdar Acun who took care of the corner kick. Ali Faruk Sözen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. HAYAL SK played a much better game than Cihangir and deserved their victory. The Cihangir players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
