Hilmi Talu scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ferid Rahmi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kağıthane S.K's Bülent Üstek got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hilmi Talu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferid Rahmi having to interfere. İBRASEL's Ferid Rahmi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilmi Talu in the 19th minute of play. Bülent Üstek's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ferid Rahmi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. İBRASEL's Ferid Rahmi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bülent Üstek in the 27th minute of play. Hilmi Talu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ferid Rahmi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th match minute, İBRASEL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rüknettin Ugraş to maneuver through the defense. Ferid Rahmi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bülent Üstek in the 36th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Hilmi Talu struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Ferid Rahmi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kağıthane S.K. Bülent Üstek blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ferid Rahmi having to make a save. After 61 minutes, Efe Usalp mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the İBRASEL and the Kağıthane S.K players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to İBRASEL getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Efe Usalp hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute of the match Cezmi Kamil shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ferid Rahmi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Gökçek Kenan kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Kandemir Kamer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doğa İleri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hilmi Talu got free with Ferid Rahmi in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bülent Üstek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, İBRASEL's Ferid Rahmi got control of the ball when Hilmi Talu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kağıthane S.K's Hilmi Talu got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 78th minute Bülent Üstek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ferid Rahmi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hilmi Talu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferid Rahmi having to interfere. Bülent Üstek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Hilmi Talu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Kağıthane S.K could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than İBRASEL throughout the match.
