A collision led to Eleskirt getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Lokman Ege hit a great ball. After 15 minutes, Turgut İltemir made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Eleskirt's Rüknettin Temizalp tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Eleskirt booed when Lions FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Turgut İltemir didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nedim Özcebe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Berkant Hurmacı made a huge save. Şensoy Uraza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rüknettin Temizalp having to make a save. Rüknettin Temizalp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Turgut İltemir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute Esat Tozun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berkant Hurmacı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Berkant Hurmacı was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Esat Tozun capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Esat Tozun really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 77th minute Nedim Özcebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berkant Hurmacı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Günalp Eker charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Günalp Eker the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 78th minute, Günalp Eker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Lions FC's zone, Nedim Özcebe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Berkant Hurmacı came out of the goal and Nedim Özcebe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eleskirt's Rüknettin Temizalp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Eleskirt from getting a goal against them. Berkant Hurmacı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nedim Özcebe, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Berkant Hurmacı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esat Tozun in the 88th minute of the match. Lokman Ege kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 91st minute Esat Tozun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berkant Hurmacı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nedim Özcebe struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Berkant Hurmacı didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eleskirt. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
