With a couple of smart ball manuevers Turgut İltemir in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baykan Sonay saved Terme SK from getting behind. In the 17th minute Turgut İltemir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baykan Sonay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Berkant Hurmacı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mutlu Gökekin in the 24th minute of the match. Berkant Hurmacı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tanju Atlıoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 29th match minute, Lions FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sarp İltemur to maneuver through the defense. Arif Tugay Zeyni took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 30th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Berkant Hurmacı. Lions FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mutlu Gökekin in the 34th minute of play forced Lions FC's goalkeeper Berkant Hurmacı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Berkant Hurmacı showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hıdır Özender, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 37 minutes in the game, Turgut İltemir fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Baykan Sonay having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

If Cevher Azer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 53 minutes into the game, Turgut İltemir cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Baykan Sonay was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 62 minutes into the match, Lions FC's Turgut İltemir sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Baykan Sonay narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lions FC's Berkant Hurmacı proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Lions FC from getting a goal against them.
