Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) With an all-out effort, Sinop's Özalp Başkara threw himself towards the right post 3 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hüsamettin Ersoy, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 3rd match minute, Sinop was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmet Vefik Refik to maneuver through the defense. Özalp Başkara didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hüsamettin Ersoy went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to B.DORTMUNT getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Ali Ömer Gökkuşağı hit a great ball. 1-1 became the score in the 14th minute when Ronaldinho Gauche elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Jan-Erik Åhlberg hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Hami Satuk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gürel Bedih having to interfere. In the 25th match minute, B.DORTMUNT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ergin Topel to maneuver through the defense. Yusuf Topçay succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 27th playminute. The crowd rose to their feet as Sinop's Yusuf Topçay slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Özalp Başkara. That made the score 3-1 after 31 minutes of play. In the 36th minute, Hüsamettin Ersoy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sinop fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. After a rather tough play, B.DORTMUNT's Ergin Topel got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute of the match Kayacan Sezen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Özalp Başkara skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Sinop booed when B.DORTMUNT was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Erik Åhlberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ronaldinho Gauche stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Sinop's zone, Ronaldinho Gauche stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gürel Bedih came out of the goal and Ronaldinho Gauche tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hüsamettin Ersoy took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Özalp Başkara. Özalp Başkara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Gürel Bedih was a little too slow when Arman Özmen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 5-2. A collision led to Sinop getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ahmet Vefik Refik hit a great ball. Gürel Bedih made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldinho Gauche in the 90th minute of play. In the 93rdth minute of the game Ronaldinho Gauche who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sinop's Gürel Bedih was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Özalp Başkara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yusuf Topçay in the 94th minute of the match. In the 95th minute, Ergin Topel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
