The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, Gelendost's goal looked a bit too open when Hao Nan Ling came free, but Nuratay Sungurtekin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cheb Hindi took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Habib Demirci. Habib Demirci dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 45th minute Cheb Hindi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Habib Demirci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Gelendost's Nuratay Sungurtekin got control of the ball when Ferman Çelenkoğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 48 minutes Gelendost's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Thanos Zografakis who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Sinop spor's corner Thanos Zografakis fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Nuratay Sungurtekin quite easily take care of the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abd al-Asis Fergani to strike the kick off in the second half.
