In the 35th minute, Babür Özbek reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Menderes Cihanmert. The goal made the score 2-2. When Arif Ensar Sait fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ŞAHİNBEY FK's protests and gave Arif Ensar Sait a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to ŞAHİNBEY FK getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Arif Ensar Sait hit a great ball. Tan Nebahattin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Aydemir Nefer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ahmet Orhan Algın in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aydemir Nefer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 45th minute, Evren Koyak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ŞAHİNBEY FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half.
