Ferman Tunçkurt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Babür Özbek in the 24th minute of play. 27 minutes into the game, Ceyhan Şiraz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Aydemir Nefer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Babür Özbek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 31 minutes into the match, Arnavutköy Belediye Spor's goal looked a bit too open when Babür Özbek came free, but Ferman Tunçkurt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Özer Ongay made a precise shot to the right of Aydemir Nefer. Ergani's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 41st match minute, Arnavutköy Belediye Spor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdi Demirtaş to maneuver through the defense. Ferman Tunçkurt acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 42nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Babür Özbek. 46 minutes into the match, Arnavutköy Belediye Spor's goal looked a bit too open when Babür Özbek came free, but Ferman Tunçkurt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ergincan Riva got free with Ferman Tunçkurt in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half Arnavutköy Belediye Spor were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ata Şahinoğlu to strike the kick off in the second half. Ferdi Demirtaş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Ergani's Aydemir Nefer got control of the ball when Ceyhan Şiraz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, Ergani's Babür Özbek tried to score from far away in the 78th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ferman Tunçkurt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mete Sahat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Ergani's Babür Özbek in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Aydemir Nefer made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Ceyhan Şiraz sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ceyhan Şiraz got free with Aydemir Nefer in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Arnavutköy Belediye Spor's Ferman Tunçkurt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Babür Özbek in the 95th minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Ergani lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
