Necmi Canel kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the game, Halit Ziya Vakkasoğlu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Kudret Özcam was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Abdulbaki Secavend showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Necmi Canel in the 21st minute of the match. Hozat JK's Erdeniz Tekecan got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Batu Yoruk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Halit Ziya Vakkasoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Kudret Özcam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Batu Yoruk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hozat JK's Abdulbaki Secavend played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezmi Safer in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute Yeniköy were awarded a corner. Ergin Tandan went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Yeniköy's corner Ergin Tandan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Abdulbaki Secavend quite easily take care of the ball. Erim Mengübay hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The referee felt a red card was in order, 45 minutes into the game, when Sezen Ferhat put in a rough tackle. When the match had been going on for 47 minutes, Hozat JK's Erdeniz Tekecan got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Kudret Özcam. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Yeniköy's Kudret Özcam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Halit Ziya Vakkasoğlu in the 53rd minute of play. Kudret Özcam stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Halit Ziya Vakkasoğlu's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. If Erim Mengübay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th match minute, Yeniköy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erim Mengübay to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute, Hozat JK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Necmi Canel fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 79 played minutes Yeniköy got a freekick which was hit by Erim Mengübay. In the 80th minute, Halit Ziya Vakkasoğlu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reşit Ulukut got free with Abdulbaki Secavend in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Yeniköy booed when Hozat JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anıl Baran Özalpman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hozat JK's Abdulbaki Secavend proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Hozat JK from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Yeniköy booed when Hozat JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anıl Baran Özalpman didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Yeniköy's Erim Mengübay got a free kick in the 90th minute. Necmi Canel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anıl Baran Özalpman got his second yellow card in the match during the 94th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground.
