An unexpectedly hard shot by Nadir Talayman in the 3rd minute of play forced Yeniköy's goalkeeper Kudret Özcam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rafettin Koray's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kudret Özcam read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. In the 10th minute, one of Yeniköy:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Yeniköy. 11 minutes into the match, Esen Yılkan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kudret Özcam. Yeniköy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Esen Yılkan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Kudret Özcam showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nadir Talayman, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. With an all-out effort, Yeniköy's Arif Akalp threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cezmi Safer, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Kudret Özcam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nadir Talayman in the 17th minute of the match. Yeniköy's Kudret Özcam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nadir Talayman in the 18th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Cezmi Safer dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arif Akalp, 1-1. Arif Akalp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Necmi Canel, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cezmi Safer in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arif Akalp prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Şansal Faydalı hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute, Nadir Talayman made a precise shot to the right of Kudret Özcam. Yeniköy's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. When Arif Oyum fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Daday's protests and gave Arif Oyum a yellow card for diving instead. In the 73rdth minute of the game Cezmi Safer who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Daday's Arif Akalp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Arif Akalp showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cezmi Safer in the 76th minute of the match. Necmi Canel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cezmi Safer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Arif Akalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Rafettin Koray came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Daday fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafettin Koray couldn't finish the play. Nurettin Arslantürk charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nurettin Arslantürk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Yeniköy booed when Daday was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nurettin Arslantürk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ergin Tandan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Arif Akalp. Daday's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ergin Tandan, 96 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.
