Arif Akalp didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for EreğliSpor. Şaban Dervişoğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arif Akalp having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rafettin Koray stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gürol Nezir tried in the game's 52nd match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Özgün Baliç. An annoying self made goal, 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Nadir Talayman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Daday's supporters rose to their feet, but Nadir Talayman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Özgün Baliç breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Özgün Baliç made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafettin Koray in the 58th minute of play. 59 minutes into the game, Şansal Faydalı was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Daday's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EreğliSpor the free kick. Şansal Faydalı kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After 61 minutes, Tymoteusz Zbytniewski made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Daday's Arif Akalp tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. EreğliSpor's Özgün Baliç played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafettin Koray in the 73rd minute of play. EreğliSpor's Özgün Baliç proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save EreğliSpor from getting a goal against them. The corner led Daday's Esen Yılkan to fire away a dangerous shot which Özgün Baliç despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 79 minutes into the game, EreğliSpor's Şaban Dervişoğlu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arif Akalp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Şaban Dervişoğlu in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arif Akalp prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nurettin Arslantürk kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Rafettin Koray recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. EreğliSpor had played much better football throughout.
