Mehmet Usalp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Turan Tuyan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kaj Willigs short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Mehmet Usalp to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kaj Willig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Usalp having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After a rather tough play, Tefenni's Davut Torehan got a free kick in the 60th minute. Davut Torehan hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute of the match Mehmet Ediz Ülgen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mehmet Usalp showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.
