Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Burhan Yetişen started the match with the kick off. Anıl Cenk Uca came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by gaziantep's Ahmet Boran Cuma. But to his dismay, Ahmet Boran Cuma quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Anıl Cenk Uca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Boran Cuma in the 11th minute of the match. When Ahmet Boran Cuma came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the gaziantep fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ahmet Boran Cuma couldn't finish the play. After 17 minutes, Mustafa Yaşar Tanören mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sarikamis and the gaziantep players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th minute, Mustafa Yaşar Tanören hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anıl Cenk Uca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Burhan Yetişen, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After some careless play in the Sarikamis defense, Burhan Yetişen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anıl Cenk Uca. The Sarikamis fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anıl Cenk Uca should have stopped the shot. Burhan Yetişen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When gaziantep's Ahmet Boran Cuma in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sarikamis's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ali Macit Tüzeman during the 37th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 37 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sarikamis! In the 38th minute there was a penalty for gaziantep. Arın Adıbelli stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Anıl Cenk Uca. 1-4. Hakan Ongut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Asım Yeltekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Sarikamis getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Sadettin Uğursel hit a great ball. Anıl Cenk Uca didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ahmet Boran Cuma went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 1-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ali Asım Yeltekin was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd play minute Ahmet Boran Cuma came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Anıl Cenk Uca. 1-6. Hakan Ongut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anıl Cenk Atlıhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Burhan Yetişen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ahmet Boran Cuma took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anıl Cenk Uca. Anıl Cenk Uca dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-7. Burhan Yetişen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anıl Cenk Uca having to interfere. In the 71st minute of the match Türker Erçetin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anıl Cenk Uca skillfully saved the ball. Burhan Yetişen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Anıl Cenk Uca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Ahmet Boran Cuma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 78th minute, Kutlu Nurtekin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Sarikamis's zone, Burhan Yetişen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anıl Cenk Uca came out of the goal and Burhan Yetişen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ahmet Boran Cuma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Burhan Yetişen in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anıl Cenk Uca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Sarikamis's Mahir Sayman got a free kick in the 86th minute. Hakan Ongut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mirkelam Cömert, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Arın Adıbelli kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. A hard shot 94 in the game by Ahmet Boran Cuma from a close distance when the talented Anıl Cenk Uca managed to make a qualified save. Sarikamis's players were relieved. After 95 played minutes Sarikamis got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Yaşar Tanören. The gaziantep supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing gaziantep would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
