After a defensive mix-up in sirinevler's zone, Özalp Kemalettin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sadri Muammer came out of the goal and Özalp Kemalettin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erbatur Güdeş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rüknettin Ünsaç in the 19th minute of the match. Abdi Mehmet Sanih scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erbatur Güdeş, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Ciftlikköy getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Selman İzmirli hit a great ball. If Rüknettin Ünsaç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Özalp Kemalettin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sadri Muammer having to interfere. The supporters of sirinevler booed when Ciftlikköy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdi Mehmet Sanih in the 37th minute of play forced Ciftlikköy's goalkeeper Erbatur Güdeş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cenk Buminhan in the 41stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sadri Muammer, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Sadri Muammer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. 70 minutes into the match, sirinevler's Şafak Tanbay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erbatur Güdeş narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 74 minutes into the match, Ciftlikköy's goalkeeper Erbatur Güdeş had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abdi Mehmet Sanih. Abdi Mehmet Sanih sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Özalp Kemalettin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Şafak Tanbay kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. In the 88th minute of the match Selman İzmirli shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sadri Muammer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Ciftlikköy's goalkeeper Erbatur Güdeş had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rüknettin Ünsaç. Erbatur Güdeş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rüknettin Ünsaç, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. After some careless play in the Ciftlikköy defense, Abdi Mehmet Sanih kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erbatur Güdeş. The Ciftlikköy fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erbatur Güdeş should have stopped the shot. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
