Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mehmet Edip Yura kicked off to start the match. Volker Gartler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sertaç Canal in the 3rd minute of the match. Volker Gartler took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sertaç Canal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ahmet Ali Şirvan during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 5 played minutes Elbeyli SK got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Ali Şirvan. Volker Gartler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İzzet Akyol in the 11th minute of play. 11 minutes into the game, Nafiz Arslan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Elbeyli SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nevele FK the free kick. Nafiz Arslan hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Volker Gartler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İzzet Akyol in the 14th minute of play. If Mehmet Edip Yura had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute, Ahmet Ali Şirvan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 24th minute Tuncay Eryaman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Volker Gartler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Nevele FK defense, Mehmet Anıl Zafir kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alişan Sarıkaya. The Nevele FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alişan Sarıkaya should have stopped the shot. Elbeyli SK's Volker Gartler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tuncay Eryaman in the 43rd minute of play. If Ahmet Ali Şirvan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for İzzet Akyol to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Mehmet Edip Yura notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Nevele FK's Alişan Sarıkaya. Alişan Sarıkaya was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 56 minutes, Saltuk Rakim mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nevele FK and the Elbeyli SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ahmet Ali Şirvan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Alişan Sarıkaya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Nevele FK's Saltuk Rakim got a free kick in the 64th minute. Volker Gartler was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but İzzet Akyol showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-2 in the 72 minute of play. Hakkı Semdin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alişan Sarıkaya having to interfere. In the 79thth minute of the game Mehmet Edip Yura who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nevele FK's Alişan Sarıkaya was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elbeyli SK's Volker Gartler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İzzet Akyol in the 81st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mehmet Edip Yura in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alişan Sarıkaya prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 84 minutes into the match, Nevele FK's goal looked a bit too open when Mehmet Edip Yura came free, but Alişan Sarıkaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alişan Sarıkaya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Ali Şirvan, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Ahmet Ali Şirvan took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alişan Sarıkaya. Alişan Sarıkaya dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. 90 minutes into the game, Mehmet Anıl Zafir was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Elbeyli SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nevele FK the free kick. With a little luck, Elbeyli SK's Volker Gartler got control of the ball when Aktaç Ulukaan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Elbeyli SK's Tayyip Sakman got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Elbeyli SK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Nevele FK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
