Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Sezai's Andréas Strömberg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Andréas Strömberg came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Sezai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andréas Strömberg couldn't finish the play. Zafer Okyanus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Derya Kalhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 7th minute, Andréas Strömberg reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zafer Okyanus. The goal made the score 1-0. After 10 played minutes Kurtulus got a freekick which was hit by Şemsettin Haseki. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Derya Kalhan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sezai's supporters rose to their feet, but Derya Kalhan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zafer Okyanus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zafer Okyanus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Derya Kalhan in the 15th minute of play. Derya Kalhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Zafer Okyanus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Andréas Strömberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zafer Okyanus. Kurtulus's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andréas Strömberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Rahim Boran came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Kurtulus's Abdi Saygın Ekincioğlu. But to his dismay, Abdi Saygın Ekincioğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Kurtulus's zone, Andréas Strömberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zafer Okyanus came out of the goal and Andréas Strömberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rahim Boran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Selim Tansu, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 34 played minutes Sezai got a freekick which was hit by Muharrem Öz. Derya Kalhan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zafer Okyanus having to interfere. Andréas Strömberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 43rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zafer Okyanus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andréas Strömberg ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kurtulus's goalkeeper Zafer Okyanus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Derya Kalhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Selim Tansu to strike the kick off in the second half. Zafer Okyanus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Derya Kalhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After a rather tough play, Sezai's Yıldırım Arslanşah got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute of the match Abdi Saygın Ekincioğlu sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rahim Boran skillfully saved the ball. Rahim Boran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Selim Tansu in the 59th minute of play. Kurtulus were awarded a corner in the 60th minute after Sezai's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Abdi Saygın Ekincioğlu took the corner. A collision led to Sezai getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Andréas Strömberg hit a great ball. Cumali Balatekin might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rahim Boran. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cumali Balatekin ran back to his position shaking his head. Zafer Okyanus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andréas Strömberg went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kurtulus's goalkeeper Zafer Okyanus, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 76 minutes into the match, Kurtulus's goal looked a bit too open when Derya Kalhan came free, but Zafer Okyanus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zafer Okyanus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andréas Strömberg in the 80th minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Abdi Saygın Ekincioğlu notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Sezai's Rahim Boran. Rahim Boran was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 87 minutes into the match, Sezai's goalkeeper Rahim Boran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abdi Saygın Ekincioğlu. 93 minutes into the match, Abdi Saygın Ekincioğlu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rahim Boran. Sezai's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abdi Saygın Ekincioğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. Sezai's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
