After having played for 23 minutes, Selim Tansu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kurtulus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Selim Tansu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Kurtulus's Şemsettin Haseki got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 30th minute Selim Tansu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Harun Necmi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute of the match Uğur Özgurel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zafer Okyanus skillfully saved the ball. But to his dismay, Cumali Balatekin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. Cumali Balatekin took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ahmet Harun Necmi. Ahmet Harun Necmi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1.
