The audience thought a goal was coming when Vedat Yumus got free with Abbas Kılıçaslan in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ali Güralp Enginer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by İskender Baki Erginay during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Tekirdağ booed when Refref FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. İskender Baki Erginay didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Refref FC's Mahir Hürsel got a free kick in the 13th minute. Arif Tugay Düden recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vedat Yumus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Abbas Kılıçaslan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Refref FC fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Refref FC's Bedir Kıralp looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ali Güralp Enginer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Güray Urluk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yücel Cömert, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Tekirdağ's Güray Urluk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Burç Yula in the 28th minute of play. Ali Güralp Enginer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Abbas Kılıçaslan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Burç Yula's late challenge caught a Tekirdağ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Burç Yula helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Refref FC's Burç Yula got a free kick in the 39th minute. If Ali Güralp Enginer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arif Tugay Düden struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Abbas Kılıçaslan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tekirdağ. If Burç Yula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Vedat Yumus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abbas Kılıçaslan having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Ali Güralp Enginer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tekirdağ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Abbas Kılıçaslan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Güralp Enginer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vedat Yumus in the 74th minute of play forced Refref FC's goalkeeper Abbas Kılıçaslan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 77th match minute, Refref FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by kaya Cilasun to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes into the match, Refref FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kandemir Cebir came free, but Abbas Kılıçaslan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Ali Güralp Enginer notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Refref FC's Abbas Kılıçaslan. Abbas Kılıçaslan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Bedir Kıralp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Refref FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bedir Kıralp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Güray Urluk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Arif Tugay Düden came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Tekirdağ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arif Tugay Düden couldn't finish the play. 90 minutes into the match, Tekirdağ's Vedat Yumus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abbas Kılıçaslan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 90th minute, Vedat Yumus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abbas Kılıçaslan was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. The audience was convinced that Vedat Yumus's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abbas Kılıçaslan was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tekirdağ fully deserved thier win.
