When Saffet İsmail came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Acigöl FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saffet İsmail couldn't finish the play. In the 14th minute Oğuzer Nuri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haluk Onursan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Saffet İsmail had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Acigöl FK's Murat Çelenk slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Haluk Onursan. That made the score 1-0 after 19 minutes of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Feyzullay Kerimhan during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Yildizeli SK getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Feyzullay Kerimhan hit a great ball. Ecevit Uygan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Haluk Onursan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Oğuzer Nuri made the kick off in the second half. Feyzullay Kerimhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Haluk Onursan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
