Kizilcahamam's supporters rose to their feet, but Gani Onsal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abbas Kılıçaslan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Özdemir Canal might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abbas Kılıçaslan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Özdemir Canal ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Refref FC's Yücel Cömert got a free kick in the 25th minute. Arın Özaltay was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 26th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 27th match minute, Refref FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İskender Baki Erginay to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 28 minutes, Gani Onsal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kizilcahamam's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gani Onsal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Kizilcahamam fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kizilcahamam's goalkeeper Aykan Çırakoğlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After having played for 71 minutes, Burç Yula managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Burç Yula in the 86th minute of play forced Kizilcahamam's goalkeeper Aykan Çırakoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Refref FC's zone, Özdemir Canal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abbas Kılıçaslan came out of the goal and Özdemir Canal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Burç Yula scored 1-2 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aykan Çırakoğlu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
