Yildizeli SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Yildizeli SK's Haluk Onursan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Selim Delioğlu in the 41st minute of play. Haluk Onursan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aktuğ Baransel in the 42nd minute of play. The supporters of Elazigspor FK booed when Yildizeli SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zikri Emekli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arif Tugay Onat came out of the goal and Hayyam Tanyeri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Haluk Onursan showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 75th minute, Hayyam Tanyeri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
