The shot was stopped by Nemesio Gaitan but with some difficulty. 47 minutes into the match, Refref FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rauf Yaruk came free, but Abbas Kılıçaslan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

When Burç Yula fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Refref FC's protests and gave Burç Yula a yellow card for diving instead. HATAY SPOR SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-7. 92 minutes into the match, Rauf Yaruk notched a goal, 3-8, to the right of Refref FC's Abbas Kılıçaslan. Abbas Kılıçaslan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
