Batıkan Üçok fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nemesio Gaitan having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Alemdar Özaltay made a precise shot to the right of Nemesio Gaitan. HATAY SPOR SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2.

The wind increased when Sedat Çoğaş made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Kızıl Elma's goal looked a bit too open when Rauf Yaruk came free, but Müslüm Vefik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match was over Kızıl Elma could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than HATAY SPOR SK throughout the match.
